COCOA OF EXCELLENCE 2O21

Recognizing and celebrating the achievements of cocoa producers from around the world, Bioversity International hosts an annual awards ceremony known as Cocoa of Excellence. For the 2021 edition, Waveform assisted by taking the experience online, live from Bioversity HQ in Rome, Italy. Making the 2021 Cocoa of Excellence Awards accessible and inclusive to nominees, Bioversity utilized Waveform’s proprietary Virtual Event Platform to livestream the event across multiple time zones and in three languages simultaneously (English, French, and Spanish).  With a team in Italy coordinating onsite with Bioversity International and additional teams working remotely to accommodate more than one hundred cocoa producers attending from their individual countries of origin, Waveform brought the Cocoa of Excellence vision to life on the world stage.
