VSHOJO @ TWITCHCON SAN DIEGO 2022

At this year’s edition of TwitchCon San Diego, virtual talent agency VShojo, which represents a number of “Vtubers”, sought a way to bring their talent – who exist in the virtual space – to life for fans to meet and interact with. Waveform put together a custom fabricated booth for the event, where Vtubers could do live “meet and greets” for their fans. With live screens for the virtual talent, a station where fans could get signatures in real time, and a section for merch purchases – everything was perfectly suited to host the virtual entertainers and all of their fans. TwitchCon 2022 was a 3 day event where all shipping, fabrication, set up and tear down was handled through Waveform, including additional local labour which the Waveform team sourced and organized.
